Though he may already be committed to LSU, Georgia Tech may have an opening to luring in what would be the best recruit signed in the Paul Johnson era.
Flying into ATL tomorrow , GT here I come

Donavaughn Campbell is a 4-star OL who committed to LSU back in January, but will make his way to Atlanta this week to visit the Flats. If the name "Campbell" sounds familiar (especially in regards to something involving Louisiana), it should -- Donavaughn's older brother, Christian, enrolled at Georgia Tech a few weeks back after signing back in February. Christian is a highly-talented athlete who will start out at quarterback in fall camp.
Donavaughn is rated the #7 offensive guard and the #127 recruit nationally by Rivals. He's a 5.9-rated prospect, the most recent of which to sign at Georgia Tech were trio of Dwyer (5.9), Burnett (5.9), and Morgan (6.0) back in 2007. Take a look at his junior highlights below.
It's not time to get your hopes up just yet, but the world of recruiting can be pretty crazy at times, and you never know what might come out of a family connection.
