Congratulations to the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets softball team on closing out their season on a high-note. The team secured a win in its last game of the season against the University of Virginia. With the win the Yellow Jackets swept the Cavaliers in the four-game series. They finished the season with a record of 19-25 overall and 11-19 in conference play. They also had a five-game win streak to close out the season. To make it an even sweeter win, the 6-3 victory came on Senior Day and, as the article mentions, it was the Yellow Jackets first ACC series sweep since 2018. #GoJackets

The swim team picked up a verbal commitment. Anne Deedy of Mission Hills, Kansas announced her verbal commitment to attend Georgia Tech. Welcome to The Flats!

The wins over UNC and Duke were definitely memorable games (the Duke game definitely more so). This article features some of the highlights from the former game. Both Michael Devoe and Jose Alvarado had strong performances that helped the Yellow Jackets comeback from a halftime deficit. The final score was 72-67.

Congratulations to the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets men’s tennis team on earning an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament. Tech will be among the 64 teams competing at the event. Their first round match will be against the University of Memphis and will take place on Saturday, May 8th.

Good luck to the men’s tennis team in their first appearance in the tourney since 2017.

Congratulations to the Yellow Jackets who were drafted or signed as free agents!
