The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets baseball team will be facing off against its cross town rival Georgia State University. The Panthers handed the Yellow Jackets a 10-1 loss in their first matchup earlier this season. That was a home game for the Yellow Jackets. This game will be considered an away game as the Panthers will be hosting the game at GSU Baseball Complex. You can watch the game live on ESPN+. The game is set to start at 6:00 PM. Tech is looking to keep its streak going after having a solid series against a 12th ranked Virginia Tech team. The Yellow Jackets are 17-14 overall and 14-10 in the ACC. There’s still plenty of baseball left in the season — hopefully the Yellow Jackets can get a solid streak going.

Former Yellow Jacket golfer turned PGA tour pro Stewart Cink won his third RBC Heritage last weekend. It was an impressive victory that he led for most of its entirety. As the article mentions, it was also Cink’s second PGA win of the year. At 47, it’s quite an accomplishment for Cink, who continues to play competitively. The article includes several Twitter posts. One of the more impressive things to see is how little Cink’s changed over the years. Watching his 2004 footage side by side with his 2021 footage makes you wonder how he does it. Congratulations to Cink on his victory and good luck to him as he continues on the tour.

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets men’s basketball team had a memorable 2020-2021 season. This article rehashes some of the memories from that historic season. This includes the Yellow Jackets 74-64 win over Florida A&M. There’s video highlights from the game that saw key performances by both Michael Devoe and Bubba Parham. Personally, I think that season will be one of my favorites and one that will be looked back on fondly.
