Technical Tidbits 9/7: Baseball Jackets and the 2009 ACC Championship (never forget)

If you know what the NCAA can do, let me know in the comments.

As we hit postseason push time in Major League Baseball, the time has come to take a look at some of Tech’s Pro Jackets who are having good seasons in the majors. At one point, I had a lot to say about this. Then the Falcons happened. Now I have very little to say about this or anything else. In summary:

  • Charlie Blackmon is good.
  • Daniel Palka is good but strikes out a lot.
  • Buck Farmer grew a beard.

When Georgia Tech takes on USF at Raymond James Stadium tomorrow, it will be the team’s first game in Tampa since the 2009 ACC Championship game victory over Clemson. Though any literate person realizes that the game should not have been vacated, an estimated 32 million people in the United States couldn’t read as of 2013. We can all name at one administrative entity that accounts for probably half of these people, obviously.

Man, I need a pick-me-up.

Much better!

And may all future NFL results be better.

And may all future Sarkisians be less employed.
