Outside of Clemson, the ACC has been struggling to showcase good teams. Included in that is Georgia Tech, which sits at 1-3 currently. The season has not been what anyone expected (or is it?), but somehow Tech is not eliminated from anything since the rest of the ACC has been a crapshoot. Despite some pretty bad odds, Tech still has a shot at the Coastal if they can clean things up.
Former Georgia Tech South Carolina safety Isaiah Johnson injured himself in Sunday’s game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Pittsburgh Steelers. How did he hurt himself? Well, he ran into the wall behind the endzone while tracking a pass that sailed through the back of the endzone. Johnson left the game with a shoulder injury, but did return later before exiting the game again. Turns out, there was a bit of a trend this weekend, as Kenny Stills plowed over a cameraman in the back of the endzone.
Edit: Apparently this is not the same Isaiah Johnson who graduated from Georgia Tech. Thanks to those who pointed it out!
Y’all Virginia Tech didn’t too well on Saturday against Old Dominion. How bad was it? Well...
Old Dominion's 632 total yards were the most given up by Virginia Tech in Bud Foster’s 24 seasons as the Hokies’ defensive coordinator https://t.co/rmQaUxKUbs

Let’s just say really bad. To make matters worse, in an announcement of the game time for next week, Virginia Tech made the remark that it was coming off of a victory over Old Dominion. Sound familiar?
