Week 3 Open Thread

Well, Georgia Tech doesn’t have a game today anymore, so what else is on?

NCAA Football: Auburn at Clemson Jeremy Brevard-USA TODAY Sports

So in case you missed it earlier this week, the game between Georgia Tech and Central Florida was cancelled, so now we won’t have any Georgia Tech football to watch today. That means we all have to find something else to watch. So, let’s take a look at the games I’m going to be watching today, and then in the comments, y’all be sure to let me know what games y’all are watching today.

12:00 p.m. - Oklahoma State vs. Pittsburgh

Getting things started today, right after College Gameday is over, I’ll be leaving it right on ESPN as Oklahoma State and Pittsburgh go to battle. I really don’t know what to think of this game, but I think there’s entirely a possibility that Mike Gundy and the Cowboys blow Pitt out of the water. We’ll see what happens, though.

3:30 p.m. - Tennessee vs. Florida

At 3:30, things get a little bit more interesting as Tennessee and Florida get together for a good ol’ rivalry game. Now there are some missing pieces on both sides, but with both teams currently ranked, it could still be a pretty good match-up. Speaking just from my personal feelings, I really want the field to open up and swallow them both whole (sorry, Conner).

8:00 p.m. - Clemson vs. Louisville

As we get to the night slate, we get to the very best match-up of the day with Clemson and Louisville. These two teams are two of the very best in the ACC, and it should be a fun game to watch. Watching this game, I’ll be rooting for Clemson if for no other reason than to watch Bobby Petrino lose.

What games are y’all going to be watching today?
