Josh Okogie will have a chance to play basketball with some of the best in the world this summer.
Okogie has been invited by USA Basketball to try out for the US Under-19 national team. Should he make the team, Okogie would travel to Cairo, Egypt later this summer to compete in the FIBA Under-19 World Cup.
Okogie will head to Colorado Springs, Colo. on June 18 to attempt to make the team.
Rivals’ Chad Simmons said Tuesday three-star TE Chigoziem Okonkwo is high on Georgia Tech. Okonkwo is a 2018 prospect from Hillgrove High School in Powder Springs, Ga.
