The Jackets picked up their first commit of the 2017 class in #1 Punter Pressley Harvin of Sumter, SC. Harvin's Junior highlights can be found here and they're impressive. Not only does he have a big leg, but he's also already mastered the art of pinning teams deep and directional punting in order to make it harder for opponents to get a good return. These are skills some NFL punters struggle to master effectively, and Harvin is still in High School. It will be exciting to see how he progresses with age and experience. He could be a major weapon that will tremendously help the Georgia Tech defense. Welcome to the Flats Pressley!
