There are a couple new projected matchups to look at this week.

First, our old ACC foe, the Maryland Terrapins. First of all, I just think playing a football game in Yankee Stadium is cool. So it would be fun to have the Jackets participate in that game. Additionally, we could meet up with our old friends from College Park, Md. Tech owns the series advantage 15-6, winning the last matchup with the Terps in 2012.

The other new projection has the Jackets playing the Arkansas Razorbacks. While Jacksonville is a far cry of a destination from New York City, I think this matchup would be much more intriguing. These Razorbacks don’t have the prolific rushing attack like Arkansas teams in recent memory, but they are a solid team. This would also provide the Jackets a chance to - possibly - beat a third SEC team this season. The all-time series is tied 1-1, with the Razorbacks winning the last matchup in 1960 in the Gator Bowl - now the Taxslayer Bowl.
