No. 21 Pittsburgh Panthers vs. Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets: How to Watch, Gamethread, Preview and More!

Come join us as the Yellow Jackets (10-4, 0-1 ACC) travel to Pittsburgh to take on the Panthers (12-1, 1-0 ACC).

Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports

After a fairly impressive showing, despite the loss, to UNC (one of the best teams in the country), Tech looks to rebound (see what I did there?) against another really good ACC opponent in the Pitt Panthers.

As a whole, the Pitt offense is scoring a whopping 85 points per game, which is very impressive. What is even more impressive is that the Panthers are giving up just 62.7 points per game. In their one loss of the season, though, they gave up nearly 10 more points then that and failed to reach that mark themselves.

Pitt is led by junior forward Michael Young, who is probably the best player on offense and defense. He leads the team with 16.9 points per game, while shooting 60.2 percent from the floor. He also leads the team in rebounds (offensive, defensive and total), while averaging 7.4 per game. Long story, short, this kid is really good.

Helping him out are junior Jamel Artis and senior James Robinson. Artis is second on the team with 15.6 points per game while shooting 55.7 percent from the floor. Add in his 4.5 rebounds per game and 44 assists this season, yeah he's also pretty good. Robinson is third on the team with 10.2 points per game and also has 18 steals and 67 assists this year.
