Georgia Tech Football: 2014 Top 10 Plays - #1: The Kick

Number one on our top ten plays from 2014 is simply described as "The Kick."

Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports

For the next two weeks, From The Rumble Seat will be bringing you the top 10 plays of the 2014 season from the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets football team. There were plenty to choose from in such a spectacular season, but these are the ones we feel made the cut. Feel free to leave your opinions and let us know at the end if you feel some plays were left out, and maybe we can have an honorable mentions post.

#1 on our list for the top 10 plays from the 2014 season is, once again, a play that every single one of us will remember until the end of time. It's the play that shocked the Georgia Bulldogs. It's the play that you, the people, voted as the best play of the 2014 season out of the obvious two candidates, and I wholeheartedly agree with you. I thought about really describing this play and breaking down what happened, but I don't need to. You know it. You love it. And it's the number one play of 2014. So, I present to you - "The Kick" by Harrison Butker.

Angle #1: The original angle with the radio call.

Angle #2: A video from someone standing right under the goalpost. This video is perfection.

There it is folks. That is your top 10 plays from 2014. How bad did I mess it up?
