Junior Ollie Schniederjans led the fifth-ranked Yellow Jackets' golf team to its 15th ACC Championship on Sunday at the Old North State Club in New London, NC. They were able to hold off Clemson and Florida State en route to the victory. The championship is their fifth in six years since 2009, and seventh since 2006 -- all under the direction of Head Coach Bruce Heppler, who has a total of 10 conference championships since joining the team in 1996. The program is a true dynasty in their realm, and something that we don't pay enough attention to, if you ask me.
Schniederjans also won the individual championship, with a three-round score of -12 that was 5 strokes better than his teammate, Anders Albertson. Even more impressive? Albertson tied for second, meaning Tech had two of the top three golfers in the tournament.

Congratulations to our golf team on another phenomenal season, and here's to many more!
