Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets Recruiting: Interview with Signee OL Andrew Marshall

Over the past month I've interviewed a few of the most recent signing class, and wanted to share with you what they shared with me. Today's interview is with OL Andrew Marshall.

Andrew's recruit profile can be found here.

You committed back in September and stuck with Tech the whole way. Were there others recruiting you hard, and why Tech over them?

Some others recruited me pretty hard! But I felt Tech was the right place for me like my home. Great people, facilities, great education, close to home, and I just felt after many prayers that I was supposed to be at Georgia Tech!

Sounds like you guys are pretty close as a class. Is there anyone you're particularly close with, and do you know who you want to live with once at school?

I've met quite of few of them and they are all awesome! I got to know Trey Klock, Tre Jackson, Mathew Jordan, and some other guys -- all great people! And I'm not sure who I'll end up living with. Maybe Klock and some other OL guys!

Do you know for sure where you'll be on the OL? I know you're a center by trade, but will you play there in college too?

Mostly likely center, but maybe offensive tackle. So it'll be whatever is best for the team!

Have you ever met Sean Bedford, who was an All-ACC center that studied Aerospace Engineering?

No sir, I haven't!

He's a great guy. I'm guessing you'll meet him sooner or later. Do you know what you want to study?

Mostly likely business of some sort!

Anything you want the fans to know about you?

No sir, I can't think of anything!

Thanks so much to Andrew for taking the time to talk with From the Rumble Seat! We wish him luck and can't wait to have him at school!
