In some pretty shocking news, Southern Pigskin is reporting that J.J. Green "will accept an offer to continue his collegiate eligibility at Georgia Tech."
Green, a former three-star back, would be able to enroll for the 2015, but would likely have to sit until the 2016 season, but that's alright since he still has a redshirt season available after being forced into action as a true freshman last season.
Green decided to transfer away from uga after getting moved over to the defensive side of the ball, after finishing last season as the dwags' second-leading rusher.
With five scholarship players leaving at the A-Back position, a potential transfer from Green would be indefinitely valuable for the Yellow Jackets.
It is also being reported that is not a done deal yet, so this article will be continuously updated as more news comes out.
Reactions? How would JJ Green look in Old Gold and White?
