The Florida State offense was stopped on their first offensive possession. They weren't stopped again.
The Seminoles lead the Yellow Jackets 28-21 after a high-scoring half that featured very little defense. The half featured 49 points, 574 total yards, and just two punts.
Jameis Winston has had his way so far with 222 passing yards and two touchdowns on 12-17 passing. Dalvin Cook added 14 carries for 99 yards. The defensive line has gotten no pressure, and the few blitzes Ted Roof has used haven't worked at all. If the defense can't add some pressure, this could get ugly.
The Tech offense has been very good so far with 214 yards rushing on 35 carries. Justin Thomas has played very well, and Synjyn Days has ran it very well.
Tech had the ball for 19:37, but nothing the offense does will really matter if the defense can't step it up in the second half.
What adjustments do you want to see?
