Georgia Tech Football: KeShun Freeman Named Freshman All-American UPDATED (again)

Georgia Tech freshman DE KeShun Freeman was named to 247Sports' Freshman All-American team after leading the Yellow Jackets' pass rush this season following the graduation of all-time Tech sack leader Jeremiah Attaochu.

Freeman, a three-star prospect as rated by 247Sports from Hoganville, GA, led the Yellow Jackets and all ACC freshmen with 4.5 sacks.

He also racked up 51 total tackles, nine for a loss, one forced fumble and two blocked kicks.

Freeman played in all 13 games, making 11 starts.

Earlier this week, offensive lineman Shaq Mason was named first-team All-America by USA Today.

UPDATE 12/15: Freeman has also been named to ESPN's True Freshman All-American team.

UPDATE 12/16: Freeman ha now been named to the USA Today's Freshman All-American team.
