We may as well go ahead and introduce the 2016 defensive line at this point, with all the lineman that are coming down the pipe. Marshall is a 6'4", 265lb guy that played center in high school. Due to his size, I'd probably peg him for a guard at Tech. The 3-star prospect had offers from the usual suspects (e.g. none of the big schools...yet) but had plenty of interest from all walks of the FBS. You can find his tape here. Marshall was a highly coveted prospect, considered one of the state's best lineman.
Coach Johnson said the Jackets were apt to take "a few" more lineman on his radio show Monday and about 21 kids overall, so I have a feeling the rest of the commitments for 2014 will be on the DL and maybe a few skill guys.
