New Football Commit - OL Jake Stickler

Jake Stickler becomes commit #13 for the Yellow Jackets...

Geoff Burke

Today the Yellow Jackets got a commitment from Jake Stickler, an offensive lineman prospect from one of the historical powerhouse HS programs in the state of Florida. The prospect from Manatee HS in Bradenton, FL (which oh by the way, produced the most prolific option QB maybe ever...Tommie Frazier), is a 6'5" 281 lineman who will likely project at OG in the GT Spread Option. His film shows an aggressive player with good feet, playing against top competition, who will be great at moving laterally down the line (such as trap-blocking), as well as getting to the next level.

Stickler picked the Jackets over Missouri, Baylor, and USF. He will join Step Durham as the second player from Florida in this recruiting class. This is the Jacket's 3rd OL commit so far. With only 1-2 more OL spots remaining, don't be surprised to see another commit coming soon on the Offensive Line.
