The Detail: Jamauri Bogan is a speedster from Union, NJ (suburban NYC) who is extremely interested in Georgia Tech. He is the first prospect we'll discuss as part of "The Migration," Georgia Tech's re-energized strategy of finding quality student-athletes in Northern and Midwestern schools who excel on- and off-the-field (more to come about The Migration). Bogan has legit 4.40 speed (possibly faster) and a knack for taking it to the house, especially as an inside runner for someone his size. While that size is keeping more schools from offering, at least for now, he seems to be a great candidate for A-Back in CPJ's spread option. He is currently not rated, although he most likely will be. His size and level of competition may keep many offers away until schools see his Senior tape.

Tech's Chances: Very Good. Tech is currently listed as Bogan's favorite, and he will be part of the upcoming March 9 Junior Day. He also currently likes BC and their new coach Steve Addazio (who most likely will throw the name "Percy Harvin" at him) who runs primarily read-option. Of course, I'm sure Addazio will avoid mentioning what happened to Tim Tebow and the UF offense once he took over the offense from Dan Mullen. Tech will be running more read-option as well, and I guarantee BC doesn't have Vad Lee or Justin Thomas running it!
