The Detail: Emanuel Beal is a WR prospect (currently unrated) from a familiar place in recent years for Jackets fans...Hillgrove HS in Powder Springs, GA (athough Beal recently transferred from Wheeler HS in Marietta - where the highlight shows him catching a pass from mega basketball prospect Elijah Staley). Hillgrove has supplied Tech with Synjyn Days, Jabari Hunt-Days, and almost Tolando Cleveland. Beal has limited film available as of right now, but his frame looks college-ready at 6'1", and seems to possess good hands. I'll pass along any more film as I find it.

Tech's Chances: Very Good. He recently visited Tech, who presented Beal with his first major college offer. He looks to be a player that Tech recruited early, and could see his stock increase as more of his film and camp performance is more widely seen. Tech will certainly stay on him with the change to CAM in Cobb County recruiting, as well as the Days brothers already at Tech. He also has offers from Vandy and Missouri.
