PSA 1: I'll will be on the radio again this saturday morning, but not on WREK! I'll be on WZGC 92.9FM this Saturday morning at 2:20AM and again at 5:20AM. Not exactly ideal times but hey, if you happen to be hunting Saturday morning and want to scare the deer off with the sound of my voice, now you've got an option!

PSA 2: the FTRS Bracket Pick 'Em closes at 12:15 P.M. today. Get your picks in now!

Let us all join this young lady in wishing Chris Bolden a happy birthday (don't bastion her too hard, y'all)!

Mike Pelton Q&A. Bumped up from the linkshots for visibility, the AJC's Ken Segiura had a sit-down with new DL coach Mike Pelton a few days ago. It covers recruiting, coaching adjustments, and more!

Also from Ken Sugiura, a bit from Brian Gregory detailing what it's like to prepare a team for the NCAA tournament. Quite a fascinating insight into a world most of us have never seen.

I realize this makes today's tidbits dense with content from the local paper, but I just kept finding interesting stuff. The AJC's Michael Carvell gets the lowdown on how Tech can avoid losing recruits at the last minute. It raises a lot of interesting points and ideas, and I know how you guys like to discuss interesting points and ideas, so there you go.

They sound like SEC football coaches after a bowl season only featuring 11 SEC teams. I guess that's a good thing?
