After an upsetting loss in a game they dominated for well through the first half, Tech is looking to finish the game stronger and advance to the ACC quarterfinals. In order for the Jackets to have a successful ACC tournament, the Jackets need serious contribution from all players. A few other important things that the Jackets must do is shoot well from the charity stripe, not turn the ball over, and find the easy basket. While this is almost asking for the Jackets to be perfect, they showed this type of play against Miami and made me hopeful for their true potential as a team.
Look for the Jackets to enter the game tomorrow with intensity and determination led by Mfon and Daniel. With a win, they will break a two year ACC postseason drought. Furthermore, Gregory is looking for redemption after his team put up 36 total points against Virginia Tech in his first ACC tournament last March.
