If this won't make you shit bricks, you have no soul. Is that supposed to be Obama?
More Recruits being stupid. In this edition, highly touted recruit Laquon Treadwell tweets a picture of a large sum of money, than almost immediately deletes it.
Judge rules NCAA athletes can legally pursue television money - A judge rejected the NCAA's motion that players in the antitrust suit led by former UCLA star Ed O'Bannon should be precluded from advancing their lawsuit on procedural grounds. In short, they can have their case heard, and maybe one day get some money.
Recruiting is creepy, which is I like to stay away from it myself. Tweeting a high school kid to try and convince him to come to your school is weird enough, but it also happens to be against the NCAA rules.
I just won't be surprised if nothing comes of this. The NCAA has clear evidence of competitive disadvantage, and yet...roll money tahde.
