I have been lucky enough to be the newest member to the FTRS editorial team. For my first post I want to try and do something to get all of the great readers and contributors to this site involved in the story process. And one way to do that is a community win prediction survey. One of the great SB Nation blogs, Tomahawk Nation, does this every year and I thought it was about time that Georgia Tech got involved. I have created a Google Doc Survey that lists every game and the possible percent chance that Georgia Tech has of winning that game. So for the opening game at Virginia Tech I believe that Georgia Tech would win maybe 3 or 4 times out of 10 in this scenario. Given this I would pick 35% as Georgia Tech's chance of winning for this game. Once you do this for each game submit your results and we can start looking at how confident the FTRS community is for the upcoming season. Oh and if you don't have an SB Nation username then just put whatever you are comfortable putting down, not trying to be Big Brother here. We will use the results throughout the year to track Georgia Tech's progress and expectations. There may be a prize associated with the most accurate predictions for the season, but as the new guy I am not quite authorized to approve that. Please only submit results once and the survey will be open until Monday the 27th so that we can publish the results in the week before the Virginia Tech game. Can't wait to see what y'all think!
