"The University of Miami has declared eight student-athletes ineligible and has asked the NCAA to initiate the reinstatement process, according to the Miami Herald. All eight athletes are believed to be football players. According to the source, quarterback Jacory Harris is one of the ineligible athletes." Ohio State will likely face true sophomore QB Stephen Morris when they play the Hurricanes the third week of the season. According to QB Score, this will be an upgrade for the Hurricanes.
