Against North Carolina last weekend, the Yellow Jackets faced a more upright, pocket-passing T.J. Yates, who still was able to scramble on them. Yates had eight total rushes, picking up nine yards on one scramble out of the pocket and out of a sack attempt.
"That’s an issue we’ve got to clean up," Johnson said. "We’ve got to contain guys on pass rush. It’s been atrocious. The last quarterback we played was not so much a runner, so it didn’t hurt us. But a (player) like (Wilson) can kill you if you don’t contain him. And he thrives outside the pocket."
