A report on last night's game takes careful crafting and will be posted shortly. Hold on to your britches, folks.
When it comes to going to the movies, Drew Brees and his wife do NOT mess around. In the world of "go hard or go home", they would appear to be homeless. (Whatever, it sounded a lot better in my head.)
Hawaii will attempt to give themselves that little extra boost and get over the 3-9 hump by adding the word "Rainbow" back into their nickname. "That's a bold strategy, Cotton. We'll see how that works out for them."
Is it me, or do kids' decisions get more and more questionable all the time? Maybe the most disappointing part of my acknowledging this is that I am, for all intents and purposes, basically still a "kid" (probably will be until the day I die, for what that's worth). Jay Harris, rated the second-best 2013 receiver prospect in Michigan, has had his scholarship rescinded by Michigan State for what I can only really chalk up to "terrible decision making". Welcome to this new thing called "your actions have consequences, and no, you are not invincible".
In what was shamefully the biggest news in the college sports world yesterday, top-rated basketball prospect Andrew Wiggins announced that he will be attending Kansas University this season. This is relevant to you, as Tech fans, because his close #2 choice was Florida State (both his parents' alma mater), meaning we would have had the privilege of playing against "the best high school prospect since Kevin Durant or LeBron James" at least once next season. We really dodged a bullet here. Also, it should be noted that Kentucky got passed up by Wiggins, and their fans were more than a little bit upset about it.
