The Detail: Trevion Thompson is a 4-star WR prospect ranked in the Rivals 250 from (what's been lately) a familiar place for Tech offers; Hillside HS in Durham, NC. Yes...that is where Vad Lee went to high school. The first name that comes to mind for me when looking at Trevion is Bay-Bay Thomas, and in the film you see lots of comparisons in how he gets jump balls, is physical on the sideline pass, and has the big body to manhandle opposing DBs.
Tech's Chances: It's possible. I strongly feel Tech will get a Hillside guy this recruiting class (could be Trevion or Donte Thomas-Williams), and hopefully "lead recruiter" Vad Lee can convince his Hillside alums to visit the Flats. We'll keep y'all posted...
