The Detail: Malkom Parrish is a two-way "Athlete" from south Georgia being recruited at QB by the Jackets. When you look at him play QB, you see a shifty and elusive athlete who can wiggle his way out of trouble...until he puts two steps together in a straight line burst and runs over you. Those jets in his feet get him to the ball carrier, which is what you notice on defense in his film.

Tech's Chances: Very Good. In fact, he almost decided to commit on his most recent visit to Tech's Junior Day this past month. Though some of that was the excitement of being on a college campus for the first time, he will take a few visits to compare his experiences. Tech is likely going to take 2 QB's in this recruiting class, and could use a versatile athlete like Parrish. He has also been offered by Georgia and Kentucky as a DB.
