In Classic Fashion, FTRS' Bowl Pick 'Em Is Coming Down To The Wire. Tiebreakers Could Matter
Tonight's MNC football game should still matter to some of you FTRS'ers out there as there are 6 individuals who could still come out of the bowl pick 'em as a champion and earn a spot on the soon to be "Wall of Fantasy Champions" of our sidebar. Hope your method for picking your tiebreaker was a good one.
User's picks do not become visible until kickoff of the game, so we can only speculate who picked whom for the time being.
Side question: If LSU loses, would you have a problem if the AP still voted them #1?

GREAT QUESTION
No, personally, I have already crowned LSU number one.
Here is the problem however. The BCS Championship (or whatever they call that thing that I still have resistance to) is supposedly designed to produce a true National Champion. You know and I know that that is bogus but the rules say in so many words that the winner of that game is the champion. If voters can go ahead and vote for whomever then the whole BCbullshit is no better than the old system in which the voters waited for all the bowls to be over and then voted for whomever they wanted to be number 1.
I cannot possibly convey how much I loathe this system.

What a boring game!
I had to work late, missed the whole first half, then my wife was watching something else on TV and I did not get to the game until late. As I watched I realized that I had missed nothing, except for the over the top announcing of Brent Musburger. Man, you can hype a game all you want and make money for the Wall Street crowd but in the end that was one flat turkey of a championship game.

Agh I knew I should've switched to Bama
Mine is Oldgold and I should’ve figured the two above me went with LSU. No matter what I’m tied for third

Don't you know that when teams have weeks to prepare for LSU their offense doesn't work?

Jordan Jefferson
played the option scared, shying away from contact. That’s not how you run a good option. You’ve got to be willing to get physical.
Go Jackets, go America.

Doesn't help that Jordan Jefferson could throw the ball...
If you become one-dimensional, it doesn’t matter what offense you run, you’re running uphill.
