I've been lurking around the ESPN conversation on the Tech/VPI game this Thursday and I have to admit, I'm quite disappointed.  This season has turned out to be completely different than any of us expected and yet, our fanbase issues plague on.

I think I know a bit about football, especially for a chick, but let's stick to a topic no one will give me any crap about.

Fashion.

I have never in my life seen so much whining and boo-hooing over a directive to dress for a football game.

"It's too cold."

Waaaaah!

"I don't have a white coat."

Waaah! Waaah! Waaah!

"I'm a pantywaist that doesn't know the meaning of 'fan'."

Boooofrakkin'hoo.

I'd wear 6 layers of white trashbag under my (ridiculously thin) Dwyer jersey, sweating my @ss off while simultaneously freezing to death if it meant I could go Thursday night.  

And I'd be happy about it, I tell you what.

That's just not going to happen for me, no matter how much I wish for class to be cancelled.
