The Bills also filled the roster opening left by Eric Wood’s move to I-R by elevating defensive back Josh Nesbitt from the team’s practice squad. Nesbitt (6’1" 215), a former college quarterback at Georgia Tech, was an undrafted rookie signed by Buffalo this summer...The former option quarterback began training camp as a signal caller before switching over to the defensive side of the ball where he’s lined up as a safety. Nesbitt now gives Buffalo five safeties on their active roster.

EFF YEA NESBITT!!!!!
I miss him. Especially on the third/fourth and short.
Especially on a 4th and 1. That play used to be money in the bank

for slash qb in the wildcat package
I write stuff From the Rumble Seat.
It is so time for the musty old NFL to start experimenting with some new offensive packages. I still think every team should have an extra quarterback just to run an alternative option offense when situations dictate.
