Tech didn't move from #15. No surprises here. Massachusetts is the Georgia Tech stronghold, as usual, followed closely by Iowa (?!?), South Carolina, and Michigan. There were 15 blogs out of 104 that did not vote for the Jackets. Most of which (including a familiar face) are sticking to their guns. Some bloggers are ranking based solely on wins and margin of victory so defeating a I-AA team is not impressive enough to crack their "objective" ranking system.
