Interesting

Offense:

-Tyler Melton, please step up this season so Stephen Hill and you can dominate CB’s all year long.
-Peeples is really beating out Orwin Smith? I’m a huge Orwin Smith fan and was really hoping to see him starting at A-back this year. Maybe I’m biased, but I have no confidence in Peeples. Too many times I watched him drop easily catchable passes and be extremely timid on those sweeps. Step up and make me a fan Peeples!
-I don’t know about you guys, but is a GT offense without the name Cox on there? I think not. Great family, great guys, and beasts when running full steam. Easy as hell to root for as a fan and I only wish them all the best.

Other than that, it looks like what I expected.

Defense:

-While understanding that we will probably use a heavy rotation in the linebacker corps, I somewhat expected Egbuniwe to start. He was a pretty big recruit and I’ve been waiting for him to finally step up and take over. I’m sure he’ll get plenty of snaps to make some noise in the backfield.
-There’s only two safety positions and given Coop’s recent medical issues, it’s understandable why he would be slated on the second unit, but I’d really like to see him suceed. Why? FSU ‘08, that’s why.
-Cross over Dieke, that’s a surprise to me.

I think we have great depth in the secondary and it might just be our strongest unit, so long as the front seven can put some form of pressure on the QB this year.

I really wish practices weren’t closed because I’d like to know what people are seeing to help explain why certain players might be over others, but w/e. I’m excited though!

THWG!

"Everybody talks about SEC speed. The 27 fastest guys at the (NFL) combine, how many of them were from the SEC? Three. But if you say it enough, everybody will believe it."
-CPJ

"You could spend the next fifteen seconds of your life watching a man and a tiger scream together, or you could be an idiot."
Fact.

defense

doesn’t include Robert Hall. That will be a HUGE boost, too.
