Duke ranks 12th in the following ACC statistics...

We're gonna try and step up our analysis of opponents as we've been kinda slack this season. Today's rejuvenated effort is a presentation on statistics that Duke football ranks dead last in with regards to ACC play:

Rushing Yards per Game... 101.3 Yards per Game
Rushing Yards per Carry... 3.17 Yards per Carry
Rushing First Downs... 38 First Downs by Rush
Turnover Margin... -1.33 Turnovers per Game
Sacks/TFL Attained... 3 Sacks/23 TFL in 6 ACC Games
Passing Defense... 274.0 Yards per Game
Basically, Duke is an awful running team with a bad pass rush. The Blue Devil defensive backs have racked up over 48% of the team tackles.

We need to blast Duke and allow no rushing. Probably be easier this game for our Nose Tackle to get his double-team on and let the LB’s make some plays. Here’s hoping?

Hard to believe

Tech will hold Duke to at or under their rushing total for the season.

Also, Duke ranks very low in rush defense but that stats is misleading considering they have played Army and Navy. The top 3 teams in rush defense in the ACC have not played Tech.
