But, in other news… Is anyone else who watched this game absolutely dumbfounded with the officiating? It’s almost like referee Joey crawford of the NBA has morphed with Paul Hewitt to form the ultimate suck in officiating

Worst BB loss ever?

Had this one down as a projected W, so will have to adjust my predicted season record to 10-21. Hewitt’s gotta go.

7-8 in non-conference play :

Wins: Charleston Southern, Albany, Niagara, Savannah State, Fordham, Mercer, Chattanooga
Losses: @Kennesaw State, UTEP, Michigan/Syracuse (tourney), @Northwestern, Georgia, Richmond, @Siena, Charlotte

How more losses does Hewitt have until he is the losingest acc coach ever?

It will take awhile

I have no idea what the record is but Hewitt isn’t even the highest (93 losses) at Tech Cremmins lost 150. (Some others: Dean Smith lost 136, Gary Williams has lost 147, and Krzyzewski has lost 134.) Now those guys all won a lot more games than Hewitt too, but he isn’t even close to being the loosingest.

But depending on how long it takes Tech to find the money to get rid of him, or for someone to find some reason to fire him for cause, he could take a run at it.
