When our powers combine, here is our submission:

RankTeamDelta
1 Texas
2 Florida
3 TCU 1
4 Alabama 1
5 Cincinnati
6 Georgia Tech
7 Boise State
8 Pittsburgh
9 Ohio State 1
10 Clemson 1
11 Oregon 1
12 Oklahoma State 1
13 Virginia Tech 2
14 Penn State 2
15 Iowa 4
16 Miami (Florida) 7
17 Oregon State 3
18 North Carolina
19 Navy 2
20 Houston 2
21 Stanford 7
22 LSU 13
23 Nebraska
24 Wisconsin 6
25 Brigham Young
Last week's ballot

Dropped Out: Utah (#17), California (#24), Southern Cal (#25).

  • TCU at #1?! WTF? Well, TCU beat Wyoming in Wyoming 45-10. Texas won in Wyoming 41-10. Texas' best win is either Oklahoma or Oklahoma State. Ehhh. TCU's best win is arguably at Clemson followed by dominating the Utes. HT TCU Horned Frogs, you've got some of our respect.
  • Bird continues to believe in the idea that an undefeated team is better than a team who has 1-loss. Either that, or that one Cincinnati fan is finally convincing Bird that the Bearcats could hang with Georgia Tech.
  • USC drops out because they aren't impressive and FINALLY LSU drops to somewhere where they should be! Thank you Les Miles
  • Oh what to do about Iowa and Penn State? Are some of us paying attention to the name too much?
  • 5 ACC ranked teams vs. 3 SEC ranked teams. Parity vs. Top-Heavy

I think

Iowa sucks like the rest of the Big 10 but winning is the ultimate burden. Penn State and Iowa and Ohio State are too high. They probably shouldn’t be ranked since the Big 10 hasn’t won a real out of conference game this season.

This new learning amazes me, Sir Bedevere. Explain again how sheep's bladders may be employed to prevent earthquakes.

Iowa beat Arizona, who was within ranking distance before their OT loss to Oregon.
